Well, I have decided to no longer work on the indentation problem. I no longer see any real point behind it for in no way will it substantially increase my ability to get my points across. However, it is now such a trivial matter that I must digress. Today was not that bad. Really, aside from band class, I did next to nothing in my classes today. So it was a pretty easy day back. I am still as literal as ever. When Erin was explaining "Wicked" to me and how this guy was turned into a scarecrow, I was thinking;"How is a scarecrow animate?" Also;"Would a scarecrow not have all of his straw blown away by the heavy winds essentially ending the illegitamately animate being's life?" As you can tell, I am a very dull person. Aside from those odd thoughts going through my mind and the great news that we have a game tomorrow, my day was very boring.
Problem of the Day-
Day #3- Spanish homework apathy.
As you have and will begin to notice, a lot of my issues have to deal with apathy towards my work. That happens to be a good thing seeing as I can work on these types of issues easily. I get A's and the occasional B on all of my Spanish tests and quizzes. However, the homework issue has begun to "grind the gears" of my Spanish teacher. Thus, it is a very good thing that I did this homework, not only because of my grade, or to avoid my teacher's wrath, but also because I have yet again realized that it is extremely easy and that I am an idiot for not taking the five minutes out of my already lackluster schedule to do it. Yet again, do not be like me in the sense of having all of these easily dealt with issues about yourself. I hate to sound preachy, but I would like to think that maybe one person looks at this section and think,"maybe I should do something about my life?" I do not know, but a guy can hope.
Random Ranting Section:
Today's ranting topic is provided by Bryan Wong.
"When you run through field, all animal run away scared. If you stand still, even butterfly will come to you."
I am not any of you, so I cannot speak for you, but I found this one to be kind of straight forward. If you go out and make a big scene right away, you tend to come off as an intimidating person. People do not like intimidating entities. The basic human instinct of self-preservation kicks in and tells you to avoid such intimidating presences. However, if you are to start off slowly, and come off as calm, you tend to be the approachable type. A lot about meeting new people and doing well in life comes from your approachability. This may seem pretty short and to the point compared to my other rants, but I find it to be significant none the less. Thus, I advise that we all try to come off as a little less out there than we really are. For people that may not know you can get the wrong idea. So ease into things, and there will be boundless new opportunities that will present themselves to you. Alright.
Final Note:
I am embarking on a mission of a dangerously high magnitude tomorrow. May the deities of good fortune shine their light upon me.
Thank you for reading.
